I had a great first session with Natalia. It was a 30-minute introductory call focused on understanding my career challenges and the specific problems I shared beforehand. Natalia asked thoughtful, well-targeted follow-up questions that helped clarify my situation and pushed me to reflect more deeply even after the call. The conversation felt structured and purposeful — not like a therapy session, but a professional discussion centered on concrete aspects of my job and career direction. Natalia is kind, mindful, and open-minded, and she creates a very safe and productive space for discussion. I especially appreciated her approach and the way she guided the conversation without forcing conclusions. After the session, she shared a detailed follow-up document summarizing what we discussed, along with “homework” — topics to analyze, articles to explore, and areas to reflect on to ensure alignment and deeper understanding. This made the session feel actionable and well thought through. Overall, a very valuable first conversation, and I’m looking forward to continuing the mentorship.

My session with Nataliia was outstanding. She shared clear, actionable strategies for recruiting and engaging clinical advisors, along with broader insights on product–medical collaboration in women’s health. Her experience with maternity startups like Mira and Pregmate made her guidance highly relevant and practical for our next phase at ProMom. Friendly, thoughtful, and very sharp; I’d highly recommend connecting with her.

Nataliia is an amazing mentor. She helped me cut through the noise and find clarity during a time of uncertainty and transition in my role. Her guidance is always clear, actionable, and grounded in deep expertise. On top of that, she's thoughtful and empathetic, making every conversation both productive and enjoyable. Thanks so much Nataliia!

Bio

Hi, I am Nataliia! I work mostly with Product People — mainly Product Managers — who find themselves in a messy in-between phase of their careers. I’m living this phase myself, so I know how disorienting it can feel. People usually come to me when they feel tired, stuck, or unsure what’s next. Sometimes it’s burnout. Sometimes a career transition. Sometimes impostor feelings. And sometimes it’s a deeper question - whether they even want to continue in product management at all? I also work with PMs who are redesigning their career path in a new country, redefining themselves after a big move, or feeling scared to go back to the job market because they stayed too long at one company. My tech career started over 15 years ago in marketing, and over time, I grew into product leadership while working in many different startups. My sweet spot has always been growing-stage startups, and I’m probably not the right person to talk if you’re looking for a very classical, corporate product career. Over the years, I’ve often been the first or main Product Manager in a company, working closely with founders and owners. I’ve worked across healthtech, femtech, marketplaces, platforms, and different business models, which means I understand the pressure and ambiguity that come with responsibility. I was, and I am still there as a fractional PM. My approach is a mix of mentoring and coaching. I bring structure, product experience, and honest feedback, but I also create a safe space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what actually matters to you. I can listen, and I can speak your language. I’m also open to working with early-stage, first-time founders who are in the idea or early validation phase and want a thoughtful space for feedback and brainstorming. I don’t offer quick fixes and prefer deep context before bringing insights. But if you’re a PM or an early founder navigating uncertainty (including questioning whether product is still the right path for you) and want clarity, grounding, and a real conversation, you’re very welcome to book a session with me.
