  With 10 years experience as Project and Operations Manager I now fully focus on the core of operations: business efficiency and process improvement. I work as a consultant and freelancer in this field and for the latter I take interim and fractional positions as COO, Head of Operations or Agile Coach. The core of it all is making complex problems, simple and actionable.
