Second-In-Command at Break the Web, boutique SEO agency for B2C & DTC brands in North America. In 2024, I was hired as an operations consultant, and got offered a FT job as Head of Operations to make the switch: from founder with freelancers to an EOS-running agency. I was promoted as VP of Agency Operations after taking on Finance and improving the Gross Profit margin for 25%, the Net Profit by 11% and COGS by 33% in year 1. Started my career as Investor Relations at a VC in South America, then I continued as Content Marketing at a B2B SaaS. I entered the marketing agency space in 2022 as Client Account Manager and then Head of Marketing.
