I am a marketplace expert with 10+ years of experience in launching, scaling and operating marketplaces. After growing marketplace products at Uber, Borzo Delivery, and 2 of my own startups, I’ve been working with marketplace founders, product and ops teams to help them grow faster, build better product, scale sales & operations, hire and fundraise. Having been in the founder’s seat myself, I can relate to the challenges and conflicting priorities you face as a founder.
