    During my time with a forward-thinking insurance startup, I led the creation and execution of an end-to-end Digital and IT Strategy, including the management of all IT operations to ensure system functionality and security. My work included the development of a customer portal, which greatly improved the claim process for our customers, and an innovative application called LEADer. This system revolutionized how the company managed customer applications, automating parts of the sales process, and providing real-time monitoring and insights. The successful implementation of these initiatives played a pivotal role in securing a significant investment from the high-profile VC, MCI Capital, and led to a successful exit just two years later.

    Back in 2007, when I was just a 16-year-old with a passion for tech, I built Wgrajfoto.pl from scratch. What started as a simple idea quickly turned into a go-to image hosting solution in Poland. The term "wgrajfoto.pl" is a Polish web domain, and it loosely translates to "uploadphoto.pl" in English. We weren't just about providing a space for pictures - we were about bringing people together through photo sharing and supporting businesses with cost-effective solutions for online merchants listing their products on auction sites. Our hard work paid off big time when we bagged an audience-chosen award from a top-tier national newspaper. At Wgrajfoto.pl, we prided ourselves on the speed and simplicity of our service. We had two offerings: our Free Account and Premium Account packages. The Free one provided 1GB storage, multi-photo uploads, and album organizing at no cost. For users looking for more, the Premium packed a punch with a whopping (at the time) 10GB of capacity and extra tools. Looking back, I’m still amazed at what we achieved with Wgrajfoto.pl - not bad for a 16-year-old, eh? This venture really kicked off my tech journey, and I still carry the same entrepreneurial spirit and love for innovation to this day.
