Remote work
Remote work requires a sense of ownership, trust and autonomy. As my role focused on customers and managing global teams, it became less important to be in the office and more important to be available. I'm a great supporter of WFH but I have seen where it doesn't work well and trust has been abused. I'd love to share best practices and my perspective.
