    I’ve been lucky (and sometimes unlucky) to be involved in over 100 product launches over the years—as a leader, operator, advisor, or unofficial team therapist. Not a single one went 100% to plan. But I learnt a lot on how to build repeatable and scalable launches, defining metrics that actually matter (and knowing when they need to be hit), fixing things as they break and aligning cross-functional teams (and leaving therapy to the experts). I can share that all with you if you like.

    As a founding member of the Marketing team on two occasions, I have successfully owned customer profiling, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for both B2B and B2C products in the $0-$100M ARR.

    I was once introduced as “Sales’ favourite marketer” – and I’ve shamelessly held onto that. I work closely with Sales not just to tighten the story so it’s easier to sell, but to turn the team into a customer insight engine that constantly feeds back what’s really happening in the field.

    I’ve interviewed over 300 customers in my career – from bedroom artists making their first track to Chief Procurement Officers signing seven-figure deals. I know how to ask the awkward, curious questions that get beyond “it’s fine” and into what they really need, fear and want. Then I turn all of that into functional and emotional messaging that actually sounds like them – not like a committee.
