Michał Domański
1-man Venture Builder
Always a privilege to get to chat with Michal. His insights into sales and marketing strategy, especially for tech companies, are invaluable to this marketer trying to become more sales-oriented. Looking forward to more sessions with Michal!
I had a fantastic session with Michal. Michal provided invaluable guidance on positioning, feedback for our homepage, and enhancing our product presentation and value proposition. Right from the start, Michal demonstrated a deep understanding of positioning and branding. He helped us refine our company's unique value proposition and identify our target audience more effectively. His insights allowed us to clarify our messaging and better communicate the value we offer. He pointed out elements that needed improvement and suggested changes to make it more user-friendly and engaging. He didn't just offer high-level advice but provided practical steps for us to implement his suggestions effectively. His guidance was clear, concise, and tailored to our specific needs. In conclusion, my session with Michal was truly helpful for our business. If you're looking for a mentor who can help enhance your business's messaging and presentation, Michal is the person to connect with. We now have some homework to do, implementing the his input.
Michal helped me understand the core problem I was facing and how I could solve it. His direct approach to helping me understand the core issue was an eye-opener. Due to his understanding of introverts, he understands the problems faced by them especially when they have to wear a lot of hats and are transitioning to sales and business roles. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with sales and client acquisition.
Bio
Please imagine a really smart octopus. Managing one’s company, each tentacle engaged in a different department. That one is not going deep into one section of the business - but keeps tabs on everything. And when things happen, it’s able to jump to the right department straight away. Heard about Chief Operating Officers and Chiefs of Staff? BizOps? Yup, that’s what they are all about - making sure the whole business machine works with the sum of the whole being greater than its parts (or departments in this case I guess). Got the image? Alright. Now dress that octopus up into the Iron-Man suit. I want you to imagine yourself the Octopus Iron Man. I like to call myself precisely that. The whole my premise is to be that Wildcart person who can jump into everything and just get the stuff done. But overall, there are two things that are the most important for me in the business: Sharing knowledge and helping people grow. Right now, building a couple of companies (AI/ML, No-Code, Networking, ONA, B2B, Graph Science), writing a book, giving lectures, and consulting businesses.
Expertise
Bootstrapping
Doing things that don't scale are all about bootstrapping. Testing your ideas using low-cost, high-impact practices. Getting your own hands dirty, using tools with the "good enough" outcome. I enjoy killing overthinking and overengineering.
Customer success
With a team of folks serving CS department for years, I can offer you a unique perspective and insights from top managers and leaders. Also keeping up with the most recent tech solutions for CS.
Idea validation
Kinda connected to Bootstrapping and the overarching idea of unscalable actions. Together we can create a schedule and plan to check if your idea finds the market-fit.
No-code
Right now, I'm building my startup with NC tools. Been using no-code for ages for the purpose of optimizing and automating my (and my peers) workflows. It's wonderful how can we both build, integrate, and supplement whole systems.
Productized services
If you're working in services - you simply have to do it in 2023. At least have some productized services as a supplement to your base offer. No arguing. Let's just dive into it.
Sales
Since the very beginning, I've been working within the sales space. Mostly on the top level - as a manager, strategic advisor, consultant. With the goal of creating the environment in which sales people thrive and generate revenue.
Technology and tools
My personal tool stack is enormous. My companies' tool stacks and integrations work like a charm. And since it's been ages since I joined the IT market, there's quite a few insights to be given. For non-programmers.
Venting frustration
Oooh, I love it's here! Should you need a rubber duck that sometimes asks follow-up questions and tries to build on top of your frustration - let me know. We may create something interesting out of it.
