Hi there! I’m Matthew and I help early-stage startups with their Product Strategies. For the last 15 years, I have been working on products for some of the world’s leading brands like Vodafone and Techstars I've also served as a Chief Product officer for 2 startups and I've advised over 100 early-stage startups I've had some great successes including raising multiple rounds of financing and taking products to market and I've also had a bunch of failures... and from all of those things I've learnt some lessons that I'd love to share with you. Typically I partner with Founders, Product Leaders, and PMs, to help them connect the dots and scale their product organisations including hiring, product strategy, building their roadmap, prioritising, setting goals, go-to-market, getting to product-market fit and mentoring product teams. Los Angeles, CA; • Took the Ferry platform from an idea to MVP. Defined the Product Strategy, the roadmap and organization structure required. • Recruited and led a multi-disciplinary remote team in 9 locations which launched 40+ major product features.
