I build and scale the marketing engines that carry B2B software companies from early traction to durable, profitable growth. My work centers on demand generation, lifecycle and growth marketing, analytics and attribution, and go-to-market strategy, and I bring a measurement-first discipline to every team I run. As Chief Growth Officer at Morning Consult, an AI-native consumer-research company generating more than $100 million in revenue at a $1.01 billion valuation, I oversee marketing, communications, growth, positioning, and go-to-market for a business serving Fortune 500 and enterprise clients. I spent more than four years at Yelp across four roles spanning its advertising, data, and AI businesses. As Head of Marketing for Yelp's Data and AI products, I assembled the go-to-market team and launched a product-led growth motion that opened a new revenue line and drew top AI research labs as customers. I owned demand generation and growth marketing across the midmarket and enterprise advertising business, and as the first growth lead hired for Yelp's Restaurants SaaS product, I grew paying locations roughly 15% while keeping unit economics profitable and building the founding lifecycle, performance, and content team. Most recently, I led marketing through Yelp's $270 million acquisition of Hatch, an AI SaaS company, growing marketing-sourced weighted pipeline 32% quarter-over-quarter and lifting attributed closed-won ARR 17% with no added budget while standing up the post-acquisition operating model. My earlier career pairs enterprise scale with startup builds. At Google, I ran a demand-generation lifecycle program reaching roughly nine million prospects for Think with Google and launched its first global B2B homepage promotion across 25 country teams. At venture-backed AI companies including Labelbox, where I was the second marketing hire, I stood up demand generation and growth from the ground up. I began in Melbourne as co-founder of a digital agency before moving into technology marketing. I hold an MBA and a Master's in intellectual property law, and I'm an admitted IP attorney in Australia. That legal grounding shapes how I lead: I treat the businesses I serve with the same fiduciary discipline I would owe a client.
