Used Google Analytics to understand, track, and optimize KPIs for online properties (web and app). My experience is not in the actual set up of these properties but in analysis of the data to inform marketing decisions.

Maintained 98% Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) throughout and spearheaded the e-commerce website and national expansion. Creative lead for revamp of Shock Top's visual brand identity, packaging, creative direction and new strategic positioning. Led agency review and pitch resulting in new AOR managing above the line content and social media. Gained Certified Cicerone certification while on the job. Managed 19MM media budget and creative execution for the 2016 Shock Top Super Bowl campaign. Campaign is considered a Global Best Practice and was the most successful campaign in brand health metrics to date. Led largest percent of digital investment in portfolio.
Implemented new tools and pilot programs globally while managing 20+ Redken digital properties globally. Focused on data analysis, social listening and new brand partnerships. Member of the Management Development Program. Worked across Matrix and Redken Global Marketing Teams on over 30 global product launches in various categories.
