Grew up in Hong Kong. Tried the corporate thing at BMW and EY, didn't last. Turns out sitting in meetings about meetings wasn't for me. Built a few eCom brands. Some sold. Most didn't. All of them taught me something, usually something expensive. Somehow ended up in Singapore running two agencies. Creative Factory handles creative production for performance marketers. Shepherd does boutique Meta media buying for eCommerce brands. I learned more from mentors than any other tool in the world and want to do my part. The best mentor I ever had did one thing exceptionally well: listen. I may have been doing this Meta Ads thing for 10 years, but that's all useless if we don't apply it to your specific situation.     The single biggest unlock that I've ever had was from building a team. I've made EXPENSIVE mistakes, hiring the wrong people, relying on the wrong systems and building a sh*tty culture. Now, I think it's become one of my strengths after having done the reps for the last 10 years.
