I have nearly 20 years of product design and research leadership at high-growth tech companies, building and inspiring teams that deliver world-class experiences. I advise product teams on design strategy, research integration, organizational growth, and product–market fit. Lead research-driven design strategy to validate and accelerate product–market fit. Establish and mature multi-method user research (qualitative and quantitative) and translate insights into experiments, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Raise the experience quality bar through clear vision, principles, and processes; align design with product and engineering. Build teams and operating systems: hiring, leveling, coaching, design operations, and healthy execution rituals. Guide AI-informed product strategy with an emphasis on usability, trust, and ethics; contribute to industry frameworks and guideline reviews. Lead complex 0-to-1 product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration. Focus areas include AI, immersive media and content, streaming platforms, live-service games, edtech, and connected fitness.
