Bio
As the Director of Revenue at Storyboard (storyboard.com), I lead our marketing, sales, account management and partnership efforts globally. With over 15 years of experience in logistics, travel, financial services and marketplace businesses, I have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of building and executing a go-to-market strategy globally. My background in customer success, account management, revenue operations and marketing have helped me successfully bring a new product to market in less than 1 year. My approach leans on process, data and analytics as well as rapid experimentation. I am passionate about supporting ambitious founders and businesses build great value, from creating strategic vision and getting stakeholder buy-in, to building execution plans and delivering results. I enjoy sharing my insights and learnings from my previous roles at Engine No. 1, Airbnb, BlackRock, where I led various initiatives or teams across marketing, sales, and operations. In my free time, I often hike, run or play tennis.
Expertise
Building a team
Built out the Revenue Operations function at Airbnb. This included taking over an existing team as well as hiring regional teams to support our EMEA, APAC and LatAm businesses.
Go to market strategy
After Storyboard's product pivot, I led the creation and execution of our go-to-market strategy. This included identifying our buyers, building & refining our messaging, identifying value props and leading our sales efforts.
Leadership
At Airbnb, I led an internal team of 30 as well as an outsourced team of 30. At Storyboard, I have led a smaller team of sales and marketing professionals.
Operations
Built out the Revenue Operations function at Airbnb. My responsibilities included the sales & account management tools (Salesforce, etc), compensation, the SDR function, sales collateral and our annual SKOs.
Sales
At Airbnb, I led our outsourced SDR efforts. At Storyboard, I am responsible for our sales efforts as well as creating the messaging used in outbound cadences.
Technology and tools
At Airbnb, Engine No. 1 and Storyboard, I have been responsible for building or fixing the sales tech stack. My experience includes: Salesforce, Groove, Outreach, Fathom, Pardot, Hubspot, WordPress, Prismic, and ContentStack.

5 years of experienceOur website at Engine No. 1 use ContentStack. I was responsible for the creation, editing and maintenance of our website. Worked with a vendor to migrate the website from WordPress.
