I started this journey to become the best digital marketer in the business so that I could understand the ins and outs—ultimately providing those around me with all the resources they need to grow. Sharing my experiences and mentoring those throughout their journey has brought me to find my passion. My role as a leader is to create an environment in which great ideas can happen while caring for and listening to those around me. As I've grown in my own career I've enjoyed helping people develop a clear vision for their career and create a plan to achieve their goals.     I used Google Optimize to run a series of A/B tests on the website's landing pages. I tested different variations of the page's headline, copy, and call to action. I also tested different placements for the lead capture form. The results of the A/B tests were very positive. The conversion rate for the new landing pages was 6.9%, which is a 200% increase over the original conversion rate.
