Expertise
Building a team
During my career I have built the data function from scratch in 3 different tech companies. Each case had it own specifics: SaaS and PaaS, office based and remote, same country and multiple time zones
Data science
I have been working with data one way or another during the last 15 years. I call my self a data professional but I always focus on the decision making and how data can help stakeholders or systems to make the right decision. Sometimes just getting the data straight is good enough (not that it is easy) and most of the times a pivot table with the right data would do the trick. Not all the times though :)
Product analytics
How the product is being used? What are the different user segments? How are these different when it comes to loyalty, monetisation and overall value? Which ones are the price sensitive? Some of the questions that I or my team as been dealing with in the past 10 years or so
Remote work
Remote work is ... not for everyone. Actually, not everyone is up for remote. I have been leading a team of 18 people in different time zones and I have hit several walls of the remote working setup to know a thing or two...
Toolkit
Google Data Studio
9 years of experienceI have been using Google Data Studio - and Google cloud more broadly the last 5 years and have set the full reporting infrastructure in 2 different companies
MySQL
22 years of experiencewell... I have been using SQL - in various permutations - for almost 20 years (ouch)... I have worked with perfect 10s in SQL so I know that I am not a 10 but I have hit almost all the walls there is to hit
