Over the years, my teams have been responsible from key activities such as strategic branding, campaign management and execution, implementation and management of Marketing automation, implementation and management of Intranet for 31 000 employees as well as the overall internal digital communication infrastructure (apps, infoscreens, etc). Other tools we implemented include DAM, PIM, Sales enablement platform, experiences for customers (i.e. touchscreens solutions, AR and VR). In addition, my team and I have been responsible for all Social Media effort (followers exceeding +800 000 across all channels), all key websites for the company we work for and all marketing automation activities for the eCommerce platform the company owns. I am experienced in B2B for the renewable energy industry having worked for +10 years in a large company employing over 30 000 employees and being globally responsible for Digital Marketing and Channel Management. Before my current role, I was a business developer in Public Affairs focusing on Market Making activity mainly in South East Asia and Eastern Africa. I have extensive experience in market research, customer loyalty surveys and competitor intelligence.
