Leveraging a formal education in Psychology and Business, after cutting my teeth in the ad industry, since 2016 I’ve been working in the eCommerce space primarily working to grow the best-in-class B2B SaaS products and services that support small businesses. Through my almost 6 years at Shopify, launching Sendle in Canada, and the number of small businesses I’ve worked with over the years to help them grow, I’ve gained an extensive knowledge of the ecommerce technology landscape, the SMB landscape in Canada, the UK, and Ireland, SMB buying behaviour, building and growing all types of partnerships and partner programs, building brand awareness, taking a business from 0-1 and 1-100, and the how behind how the fastest growing companies make shit happen.
