Bio

I'm specializing in growth product management, growth engineering and product analytics. I help companies of different sizes to grow their product. I use a data-driven approach and an experiment mindset to drive growth. I have solid knowledge in UX, prototyping, implementing experiment through code and no-code to ship fast. My product analytics skills help me set up a tracking plan and promote a data-driven mindset to your team/company. Type of help I can share: ✔️ Define or redefine the North Star metric. ✔️ Growth Strategies. ✔️ Product and Marketing Analytics. ✔️ Feedback on current analytics habits and what is the behavior around product analytics. ✔️ Help and implement a data stack to understand users' behavior (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Fullstory...). ✔️ Designing or implementing a tracking plan on your website and web app. ✔️ Audit your user journey and recommend what we should try to improve activation or retention. ✔️Implementing experiment. I've worked with the best Growth (Elena Verna, Guillaume Cabane, Mario Araujo, Francis Brero...)

Expertise

  • Conversion rate optimisation

I helped many companies to grow through experimentation. While many think experimentation is the core of the process, it's not. Experimentation is one part of the process. It starts with finding strategic growth initiatives. Then, building a growth roadmap Then we experiment And finally, we get learning and iterate. It's crucial to understand that the most crucial step is to find the right strategic growth initiative. Indeed, we want to ensure we have he biggest impact possible.

  • Growth marketing

I have extended experience in growth. I ran multiple experiments in products at MadKudu and OutSystems to help the company grow. It requires an ability to fail and to iterate to generate learning and results as fast as possible. Most of the time, companies forget to experiment with the activation part of the funnel. Whereas it's a part that can generate a tremedous impact on revenue and retention.

  • Idea validation

Experimentation taught me how to validate ideas or how to validate features. For example, I can use a fake door test to validate ideas quickly and get learning. Of course, it's crucial to use this with parsimony.

  • No-code

I have a solid foundation with no code. Indeed, through my different experiences, when I didn't get a software engineer, I needed to use no code to launch fast and get learnings as quickly as possible.

  • Product analytics

I have extensive experience with Product Analytics. From implementing a tracking plan to running analysis inside Product Analytics software, I help companies understand what can be improved in their user journey. Remember that you can't improve what you don't measure

  • User research

While I have extensive experience with Product Analytics, talking to users is always an excellent idea. Indeed, they share priceless information when the questions are non-biased. That's why I decided to do user research by myself when I needed to understand a drop in a funnel. They complement each other with quantitative data. Indeed, quantitative data helps you to know what's wrong, while qualitative data helps you to understand why it's wrong.

Toolkit

  • Amplitude logo

    Amplitude

    10 years of experience

I use Amplitude to help me to better understand the user journey. If the tracking plan was well implemented, analyzing and segmenting the data would be easy. Its powerfulness allows to dive deep and gather many insights.

  • Customer.io logo

    Customer.io

    9 years of experience

Connected with Segment and with a solid tracking plan you can implement the most advanced email campaign you want. Indeed, it will allow you to create hyper-targeted and personalized emails based on user behavior and specific properties.

  • Intercom logo

    Intercom

    8 years of experience

Also connected to Segment, and it can become a powerful software. Thanks to its multiple integration it's possible to supercharge Intercom and make it very powerful.

  • Salesforce logo

    Salesforce

    8 years of experience

I leveraged their API to implement automated workflow. It allowed us to ensure our CRM was our source of truth. Of course, I used it like any sales/marketer would do.

  • Segment logo

    Segment

    9 years of experience

One of my favorite tools! It's a must-have. It helps to have events consistency around all your SaaS that need to ingest events. It prevents software engineers from implementing new software that requires a script every time. It's also possible to import your tracking plan to segment so it can avoid having bad data in your SaaS.

  • Zapier logo

    Zapier

    10 years of experience

A software I'm using to automate workflow and save time for my team. It's easy to implement complex workflow without technical skills. And if needed, I can inject some code to go further in the workflow I want to implement.

Industries

  • A/B Testing

This is my bread and butter. I've been doing A/B tests or experiments for the last 7 years. I've been working for different types of companies (enterprise or early-stage companies), and we needed to do experiments in all cases. It helped us to generate learnings and grow. But, be aware that experimenting is just one part of the growth process. It's crucial to detect strategic opportunities, prioritize the roadmap, and then launch experiments. Afterward, it's crucial to get learnings and iterate.

  • Data Integration

It's crucial to have the same data in all your software. That's why I decided to manage the data integration by myself. The goal is to ensure the teams have a 360 view of what our users are doing.

  • Analytics

When running experiments, it's crucial to analyze data. They will help you know what's wrong in your funnel and potentially run an experiment to close the gap. Of course, it's crucial not to do analysis based on average and always remember to segment the data to get more insights on what's working or not.
