Kaylee Mchugh

I'm currently the Director of Marketing at a B2B SaaS Company called Replicated. We help software companies deliver their own software into highly secure environments, like on-premise and private cloud. In this position, I do everything from Google Ads configuration, to designing new website pages, to writing technical blogs. Before Replicated, I was the CEO and Co-Founder of a workspace productivity platform called ChattyKathi. We used machine learning and AI to help remote co-workers connect, decrease burnout, and increase employee tenure.

  Go to market strategy

  In my own startup and at my current company, I've either led or been a large part of the go-to-market strategy. I have experience taking a new company from idea, to prototype, to a full product offering. I also have experience transforming an existing company, and pivoting messaging to fit industry changes and trends.

  5 years of experience

  I've used Figma to design new website pages, make new icons, social cards, etc. If there's something you can design on Figma, I've probably been there :)

  Private Cloud

  Currently Director of Marketing at Replicated, which specializes in helping software companies deploy their own software onto private cloud and on-prem environments.

  Artificial Intelligence

  The company I work for currently sells our software to AI companies. In addition, at my own startup I integrated many AI APIs to enhance our product features.

  Machine Learning

  I worked for 6+ years as a software engineer, and in that time wrote a handful of machine learning algorithms for the employee connectivity industry.

  Brand Marketing

  In my current role, we re-invented the brand of our company. This included a website re-design, revamped messaging, new content, new imagery, and more!
