As a seasoned Direct-to-Consumer marketing leader, I’ve worked with both startups and international brands. In my last role at the women’s health company Mira in Silicon Valley, I built the marketing department from the ground up. I joined when we launched the first product pre-order and now Mira is America's fastest-growing #FemTech company according to Inc 5000 with 8-numbers revenue. 🦄 We have reimagined the consumer-centered e-commerce experience, prioritizing strong retention and nurturing lasting relationships with our valued users.     I build Minimum Valuable Marketing Teams from scratch for startups and scale operations to 25 people. It includes identifying and evaluating needs, budgeting headcount expenses, designing hiring process, recruiting, establishing remote work processes, setting OKRs and incentive system.

    I have a degree in journalism and doing content marketing for brands for a decade. I can share recent content trends, how to simplify the creation process with AI, and where to start from.
