Where do I find 'founder deals'? How do I design the underlying 'system' behind my idea? How do I automate repetitive tasks?
Ah, the elusive PMF. How do I figure out who my target customer is? How do I test and identify my customer's pains, needs and wants? How do I develop and test my value proposition? How do I scope my MVP? How do I build it? How do get my first users? How can I collect feedback systematically? How do I measure it? How do I know I'm on the right track?
I use human-centred design methods early, and supplement these with quantitative research. How do I define who I should interview? Where do I find people to interview? Should I reward them? What should I ask? What are the best practices when interviewing users? What information should I capture? How do I translate this information into actionable insights and opportunities? How can I quantify these?
