
During my time at Salesforce I've had various Partner Marketing roles: 1) Senior Manager, Regional Partner Marketing (since 2024 - now) In this role I've driven demand generation with and through partners across Latin America, Central Europe, and UKI, sourcing new business and contributing to measurable ACV growth. I built and scaled partner marketing for Latin America, implementing global structures, managing key partners, and leading a high-performing team. Currently, I lead partner marketing for Central Europe, working with consulting partners, GSIs, and resellers to drive regional growth, and I serve as interim partner marketing lead for UKI, ensuring seamless execution of demand generation strategies and partner engagement. I work closely with top partners to execute impactful co-marketing initiatives, aligning efforts with regional and global marketing teams. As a strong advocate for the partner ecosystem, I champion its value through compelling storytelling and customer success stories, reinforcing the importance of partnerships in driving business success. 2) Senior Manager, Partner Marketing & Customer Success Marketing (2023-2024) In this role streamlined global demand generation processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across Partner and Customer Success Marketing initiatives. I developed 17 tailored campaign kits for specific products and sales strategies, equipping global partners with impactful marketing tools. To further scale partner marketing efforts, I introduced a "campaign-in-a-box" model for high-potential partners, simplifying execution with ready-to-use assets. I also led a lead flow awareness campaign, improving partner engagement and visibility within the ecosystem. Additionally, I established frameworks for self-serve co-marketing events, including landing page setup, process guidelines, and enablement resources. My work extended to planning and executing Dreamforce Go-To-Market initiatives for partners worldwide, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. I also served as interim partner marketing lead for Latin America, overseeing partner marketing strategy and driving regional success. 3) Senior Manager, Partner Marketing MuleSoft (2022-2023) In this role I led the development and execution of the UKI partner marketing plan for one of the company’s fastest-growing products. I defined and implemented strategic marketing initiatives for MuleSoft’s top five strategic partners in EMEA, driving joint demand generation through events, digital campaigns, and customer success stories. I collaborated closely with Channel Managers to support sales targets and built strong relationships across marketing, Alliances & Channels, sales, and enablement teams to ensure alignment.
