I'm excited to provide mentorship in two key areas: 1. For startup founders looking to solve challenges with product-market fit, building the right team, or looking for pathways for growth- especially product-driven customer acquisition and retention. 2. For agency or consultancy owners looking for support in business development, operations, and growth - such as positioning, expanding or restructuring their services, productization, creating scalable systems, or improving their client services approach. I've held managing director roles and bring experience from global digital agencies like BASIC/DEPT, Huge, Critical Mass and Ogilvy. I've had the ability to to drive growth and innovation, partnering with brands large and small to solve complex business problems with solutions that bridge the discipline of product design with research, engineering, operations, talent, and new approaches to collaboration. My career began in product management and development at startups in the edtech space which later went on to successful exits. I spent time managing products at Dell and Oracle before shifting into the agency world. Among the global brands I've worked with to deliver experiences and transformation include Google, Samsung, Unilever, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, SAP, Comcast, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Ralph Lauren.
