
I lead the marketing function at Cornerstone, a B2B services company specializing in financial services and fintech industries within regulated markets, including money services, lending, debt collection, and mortgage brokerage. My role encompasses all aspects of marketing, from strategic planning to executing full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable growth. Upon joining Cornerstone, my priority was establishing a formal marketing department in a previously underinvested area without dedicated leadership. I built the department from the ground up, launching a comprehensive rebrand and new website. Collaborating with the CEO and leadership, I contribute not only to marketing but also to fostering a culture focused on data-driven and process-oriented improvements across the company. Key contributions include: • Leading new client acquisition strategies that resulted in record-breaking sales, doubling prior-year numbers and marking the highest new client sales in Cornerstone’s 25+ year history. • Creating a formal partnership program that brought in 20+ partners in the first year, adding new revenue channels and white-label opportunities. • Expanding our brand into two new industry verticals, with more on the horizon. • Developing a Go-To-Market (GTM) playbook to streamline and optimize every GTM initiative. • Establishing a marketing roadmap that ensures scalable, efficient growth. • Increasing quarterly MQL output by over 2.5x through SEO, paid ads, webinars, social media, email automation, and events. • Managing a tech stack that includes Hubspot, SEMRush, Hotjar, Loom, and AI platforms to drive data insights and automation. With a commitment to data-backed decision-making, I have also improved reporting capabilities to continually refine our strategies. From budget management to strategic initiatives, I ensure that our marketing aligns with Cornerstone’s mission of fostering growth and innovation in regulated financial markets.
