I have experience working with Startups, Agencies & large companies in Australia & the US across various industries. I found the Design business at a Startup & helped them grow into one of the most successful full-service Agencies in Australia. During my 4 year stay, I was responsible for talent recruitment, Designer mentoring, new products & leading the Design team. I am also UX Certified through Nielsen Norman Group.
