Expertise
Conversion rate optimisation
I love improving conversion rates and have learned and developed frameworks which provide a structured approach to improving all steps across your funnel, based on the underlying psychology of your users.
Growth marketing
For me, growth hacking does not mean unsustainable or even unethical growth tricks. It means combining qualitative and quantitative data, often a bit of coding and some magic dust to come up with novel solutions to problems, giving you an edge in your growth strategy.
SEO
I've taught hundreds of entrepreneurs about SEO and have helped dozens of sites improve their search visibility through technical SEO, content marketing and link-building. I used to manage PayPal's global SEO.
Toolkit
Drip
15 years of experienceI've used drip as well as Klaviyo and Vero and many others for email automation. I have found that the tool doesn't really matter, it's more about the approach behind it :)
Facebook
13 years of experienceI've spent over £1M in the last 3 years on FB Ads, optimising them for different clients. FB has changed a lot even in this time, so I'd love to share my learnings. Also, I'm building a SaaS to help others with FB Ads, so I'd love to learn more about how you're using it.
Google Analytics
17 years of experienceEveryone's using GA, but few are using it well. A lot of my work with clients is setting up custom events and goals to improve the understanding of what works and what doesn't. If you're looking to implement user-specific tracking, custom dimensions, cross domain tracking etc. - happy to help.
Google Analytics Experiments
9 years of experienceaka Google Optimise - I've written an article about my experience with this tool on CXL: https://cxl.com/blog/optimize-tag-manager-personalization/ While it has its limitation, it's a great tool to help you with website experiments and set up personalisation.
Google Data Studio
12 years of experienceLooking to move your dashboards from Google Sheets to data studio? Been there, done that. Whether it's project specific dashboards to company wide KPIs, data studio can be an awesome tool.
Google Tag Manager
13 years of experienceI've set up and managed GTM for more than 20 clients. I love this tool and I'd love to teach you how to use it. From setting up custom events and pushing them to different platforms, to improving your page load speed, it's awesome.
Google Webmaster Tools
17 years of experienceaka Search Console. Make sure you leverage Search Console when doing SEO. Not only does it give you the WHAT, it also gives you the WHY. I've set it up for more than 30 sites and look at it almost daily.
Rj Metrics
11 years of experienceOh well - RJ. I think it's called Magento BI now. I'm not sure I'm a bit fan, but I've spent A LOT of time with it in my time at Truly. It was our central data warehouse and we've built loads of custom dashboards in there. They even used us for a case study.
Zapier
11 years of experienceProbably my favourite tool of all times. It's a swiss army knife for automation. I've build entire product experiences based on Zapier, and while they were built as band-aid solutions, they are still running like this 3 years later. It's great.
Industries
SaaS
I'm the Co-Founder of Leadsie, a B2B app for marketing agencies. We help their clients grant access to Meta/FB, Google, TikTok and more to their agencies hassle-free.
Payments
I spent almost 5 years working in Marketing at PayPal, running Global campaigns and SEO initiatives for B2C and B2B clients. This included performance campaigns as well as multi-million $$ brand campaigns.
