Joel was exceptional! We were in the PMF phase of our marketplace, and were having a hard-time prioritizing what to text next. Should we focus more on making sure the supply side had the right price? Should we improve visibility for the demand side? How can we build more trust? What information do we already have that we are not displaying right? The week before our call we did dozens of discovery calls, and got important feedback but we were not able to properly prioritize it - Joel made it obvious!
