Hi! I’m Joana Cerejo, a UX Designer passionate about Digital Design and the Human Experience. I’m fascinated with how we shape technology and how technology shapes us in return, especially under Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. After that, I take the results as an input into delivery where I write user stories and scenarios from a user and experience perspective.

I can guide you on how to prevent your negative emotions to disturb the end-user experience of your product or service. I use Jira to manage my design team workspace. Here we define our Epics and T-shirt size our efforts. Jira is an excellent tool to share with other product owners and stakeholders what the design team is up to. We plan our design sprints and growing our backlog.
