
In my role within the Talent Development & Culture team at Miro: • I advised Miro's C-suite, providing actionable insights on employee engagement, experience, and overall organizational culture. • I lead projects aimed at improving how Miro gathers feedback from employees. By using a user-focused approach, I dove deep into understanding our employees' experiences and advised managers on how to turn feedback into positive actions. • I pioneered Employee Journey Mapping at Miro, a strategic approach to visualizing and optimizing the employee experience. By mapping out every stage, from onboarding to offboarding, we identified key touchpoints to enhance and create a more engaging and fulfilling work environment. Through cross-functional collaboration, I designed and implemented personalized experiences that prioritize the moments that truly matter.
