I've spent 8 years in tech, 5 of them leading product at B2B SaaS companies. I joined a startup as their first PM, built the product function from scratch, and scaled it through to acquisition. I know what it takes to ship when resources are tight and the roadmap is bigger than the team! AI has made building cheaper than ever. The hard part is knowing what to build, keeping it simple, and running a proper MVP loop so you're solving real problems instead of shipping features nobody asked for. That's where product thinking matters more, not less.
