Super custom Webflow sites, usually for tech. I'm technical, know design, love marketing and have a power team. What more can you ask? Candid Leap previously was an LLC I would use to serve as a fractional head of marketing, now it's purely focused on my Webflow Agency.

Hal Zeitlin
Webflow Agency Owner (Enterprise Partner)
Bio
Earlier in my career, I ran marketing in house for brands. Two years ago, I felt called to build an agency focusing on building highly custom Webflow sites (usually for tech companies). We are now Webflow Enterprise partners and co-sell directly with Webflow on Enterprise opportunities. I also own with my brother zeitlinsdeli.com, where we are growing a beloved deli in Chicago from nothing. Three years in, healthy debt, tons of optimism and promise! Lastly, my agency is building a Webflow app that should launch in April. Exciting times!
Expertise
Building a team
For years I've built in house and contractor based teams to strategize, design, and develop websites (especially on Webflow). If you are building a web team, I'm happy to share my opinions on how to assemble the right people and resources.
Conversion rate optimisation
If you are looking for a full-time CRO expert, I'm not your guy. But if you are looking for someone to look how to boost conversions across your site through intentional strategies and tactics, I'd love to review your current site and offer suggestions. I am a marketer who owns a web development agency, but I am a rather technical marketer at that!
Growth marketing
My experience in growth marketing revolves mostly around using a website to fuel growth initiatives. From planning and building new sites from scratch, to updating sites in a pivot, to launching new resources and pages -- I've done it all for many companies in my agency. Let's talk about how your website is part of your growth strategy.
No-code
A lot of people think they can build a no-code or low code product cheap, but the issue is you still need an experienced developer. I'll share my opinions on when to use no-code/low-code and when to just follow a traditional development model. It depends!
Technology and tools
If you want to talk low code tools, this a place I like to geek out. Webflow, Airtable and Make are my favorite three. There's other tools like Whalesync for Programmatic SEO which we use a good bit.
Toolkit

Airtable
6 years of experienceI've built some wild incredible custom tools and solutions on Airtable for my agency and our customers. I am such a fan of the tool, though it doesn't scale at all like a proper database does. So don't think you can have hundreds of thousands of records, you really can't :(

Webflow
7 years of experienceI run a Webflow Enterprise agency and love this tool. My life revolves around it. Webflow isn't the right fit for everyone, but it really is a sweet sauce for many companies when done right.
Industries
Bakery
I own zeitlinsdeli.com with my brother. It's a fast growing Jewish Delicatessen in Chicago, not a glamorous tech startup! It's been fun growing this great product and building a team around it.
Web Development
I run a web development company focused on building highly scalable Webflow sites. We also craft and critique design systems, so builds are responsive and modular.
Experience
- Web Development
Award winning bagels and nosh in Chicago. I have built up our team of operators, designers and marketers so my brother Sam can focus on the food.
Grew thefarmersjuice.com to $350k MRR doing way too many things :) Growth Mentor helped a ton!
