I'm a growth "scientist" with 5 years of experience in B2B companies, as responsible for marketing and fast experimentation of growth activities. What I like about my job is the opportunity to test new strategies that I study and execute, to understand what works and what doesn't (Yes, exactly as I would do in a laboratory, but with a strong eye for what may help the business!). I truly believe in a few points: without continuous learning, we are lost; a challenging environment can change our lives and our careers; working hard is the way through which we can reach everything. I'm competitive (mostly with myself) and I know that dealing with others is fundamental, otherwise, we don't reach goals (not only the numerical ones). I've built a structure that acquires qualified leads, follows them through the different stages, and finally closes deals with them.
