I’m Eve — a strategic and technically fluent product leader with over 8 years of experience. My core strength lies in building impactful 0→1 products. Currently, I lead the development of an agentic data processing system within Microsoft’s AI organization, where I am driving product transformation and scale. I began my career at Yandex, progressing from Analyst to Lead of Data Analytics and Research, and later Growth PM—where I launched the Toloka crowdsourcing platform internationally and secured key enterprise clients. At Microsoft AI, I led the transformation of a legacy data labeling platform into an agentic data orchestration system powered by LLMs. This shift not only revitalized the product but also delivered $20M in cost savings, a 15× increase in throughput, and a 10% improvement in label quality within the first year. I bring deep empathy for technical users and a sharp focus on intuitive UX for complex systems. My experience includes building developer-centric tools that compress iteration cycles from days to hours and enable intelligent automation through LLMs and AI agents. I’ve led cross-functional teams—PMs, engineers, analysts, and marketers—to deliver high-impact products, align strategy with business goals, and scale operations globally.
