Expertise
Building a team
I built tech teams from 0 to 100 people in B2B and B2C spaces, across US, EU and MENA. At the moment I run a team around ~50 engineers at Reactive Lions™️.
Mindset coaching
Over past 5 years I've coached dozen entrepreneurs launching their first business or launching their first tech product. I had special training done for coaching by professional executive coaches. I focus on building a tech growth mindset with my mentees and coachees.
Product management
In my day to day I manage a team of talented leaders and PM executing variety of projects for Reactive Lions clients and customers. In my career I've helped execute and launch multiple projects in B2B and B2C that serve several hundred millions of users today.
Technology and tools
This is my primary devotion where I spent 15 years working with corporations and startups around anything tech. After a decade of hands on experience running tech teams, products and startups, I have vast experience in FinTech, DeepTech, AI, ML, Cyber Security, Media Streaming, B2B, B2C, D2C, Marketplaces.
Toolkit
Google Tag Manager
11 years of experienceI use Google Tag Manager primarily for the e-commerce projects to drive traffic and optimize conversion rates for different SKUs. Usually I use it together with Segment or Mixpanel for better insights on the customer's journey.
Javascript
27 years of experienceThis is the language I tend to recruit for when I hire junior developers. These days I prefer to use TypeScript subset for multitude of reasons. But I've been using JS long enough to see its evolution, pros and cons and know how to navigate the space with a blindfold.
NodeJS
18 years of experienceI was there during the inception of the technology itself and used it for many successful products. I've used it to build products that touched lives of 100M+ people.
Segment
11 years of experienceIn the projects facing customers we employ Segment to aggregate and direct data in between different custom data feeds we source from Mobile and Web for multitude of our projects + data from the walled gardens.
Stripe
15 years of experienceWe do a lot of FinTech, Stripe plays a center role in some of the payment processing. We usually use it together with services like Plaid or Galileo.
Industries
SaaS
Eventually most of the products I've helped launch ended up building a recurring business model around them, and software based services and variations became a goto model for our new launches as well.
