Responsible for implementing all growth tactics to drive scalable growth and revenue efficiency across SEM and Paid Media. I also spearheaded the launch of new practices - Marketing Services, Technology Services, Management Consulting and new services such as end-to-end solutions. When it comes to performance marketing, I’ve optimized the SEM campaigns, relaunched the account structure, and improved LTV/CAC ratio through vertical and skill-level optimizations. I also led the MarTech integration and data enrichment efforts, enhancing campaign effectiveness. During my tenure at Toptal, I also served as the interim VP of Growth Product, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
