I am Organisational Psychologist and Strategic Talent Advisor. I dedicated the last 15 years of my life to scaling up companies like Uber, Tesla and learned about HR and everything Talent at Exec Search firms (Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart) in the EMEA region. I now live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and help startups with Talent and Executive Recruitment strategies, I coach highly successful leaders and help them to achieve their professional goals.
