Hey, I'm Elena 👋 I'm a growth marketer and partnership strategist with over 15 years of experience working across London, Madrid, and remotely. I've worn many hats - affiliate and Affiliate Marketing Mannager, Startegic Partnerships Lead, Founder, and now Senior Partner Manager at Shopify, where I lead EMEA partner marketing strategy (affiliates, influencers, agencies, tech partners - you name it). Before Shopify, I helped scale partnerships at NordPass, CJ Affiliate, Vodafone, and LOVEFiLM (yep, back before it became Amazon Prime Video). I've built performance-driven strategies that consistently deliver, including affiliate programs that grew 40% in under a year, and integrated campaigns that hit CAC/ROAS goals across global markets. Beyond the corporate side, I’m a founder at heart. I’ve launched several passion-driven projects, starting with a travel blog back in 2014, followed by a yoga blog, and later co-founding ivanrc.com, a health & wellness brand powered by WordPress and WooCommerce. We scaled it to over 1,300 clients with a lean team and a full-stack growth approach: paid media, email automation, product launches, and retention funnels. I also launched Ahorrador Inteligente, a cashback and voucher platform for Spanish shoppers, and I’m always experimenting with new ideas at the intersection of content, community, and commerce.
