Entrepreneur, business strategist, startup mentor
Bio
I have co-founded 4 tech companies and worked with startups for the last 9 years. During this time I've seen a lot of companies succeed and a few fail which led me to learn a lot about the common patterns that lead companies in either direction. I'm a very enthusiastic problem solver and I can share my experience with you on the following topics: - imposter syndrome, getting in the right mindset; - business ideation and validation; - product-market fit; - fundraising; - business growth strategies; - measuring success (KPIs); - setting goals and targets; - building teams; Let's talk!
Expertise
Advice on funding
Fundraising can be scary in the beginning, it can seem overwhelming and scary. I can help you prepare for presenting yourself as an investment opportunity, nailing your elevator pitch, and building a rock-star pitch deck.
Idea validation
Checking that your idea is feasible early on in the entrepreneurship process will save you from putting effort into something that doesn't work. After you validate your business idea, you'll have a better understanding of how your product can meet your target customers' needs.
Leadership
I've been leading teams for a decade now, and I've seen teams getting excited, inspired and engaged. I've also realised what makes them disengaged or indifferent. Some behaviours and techniques can help you stay ahead of your team and make sure you have a winning team.
Mindset coaching
I've spent the last couple of years diving into this topic and I've gained a significant amount of knowledge that I'm happy to share. I believe having the right mindset is essential to be successful.
Product market fit
Are you worried that you're building something that nobody will use? And you should! Great founders recognise these risks and start small by working closely with a small set of “early-evangelists”. One problem-solution fit is established, they then move to the wider seas and expand to a larger market.
