Was responsible for a team that provided a number of customer services while in RCMP. Was also responsible for identifying an opportunity to consolidate 25 IT departments into one department in a shared service model.

Being an effective mentor requires that you have excellent listening and hearing skills. There are a lot of times that the best thing that I can do is to listen while my mentee vents. Sometimes they just need to talk their way through things.

I use this software but I would not consider it to be one that I am an expert in. I use this primarily for mail campaigns and have explored creating funnels but I am not comfortable advising others.
