My journey that began in 2009 when, as a high school senior, I started writing game reviews and building community at NoobFeed. That early experience sparked my entrepreneurial spirit and laid the foundation for a career spanning startups, e-learning, and beyond. In 2012, I joined Flaviar (YC S14) as the first employee. There, I led growth from $0 to $5M in annual revenue within just 17 months. This experience propelled me into the world of high-growth startups, leading to opportunities like mentoring at 500 Global, where I've worked with founders across the globe. In recent years, I've focused on scaling e-learning businesses, doubling Eckhart Tolle's course revenue to over $10M and growing Sahil Bloom's cohort-based courses to $600K across just three batches. Through it all, I've worn many hats—marketer, strategist, mentor, and builder. Whether launching ventures of my own or advising others, I've always been driven by curiosity, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of clarity and growth. When I'm not deep in strategy or building businesses, I'm serenading my newborn daughter, Otilija, who's just given me the most important role of all: Dad.

Email marketing
I've done countless campaigns, mainly as head of growth at Flaviar. Email was our primary revenue driver. Sending campaigns, setting up all sorts of automated series (retention, activation, re-activation, loyalty, etc.). There's the strategy, and there's the nitty-gritty of email marketing (copy, structure, etc.)
Growth marketing
A buzz-word for sure. The surest growth "hack" is ensuring you've got a product/service people want/need; and then ensuring proper distribution. There are no gimmicks that will help you grow long term. Empathy always works. :)
Mindset coaching
A proper mindset is *fundamental* to growing your startup. A startup consists of a few individuals only, so the mindset part is much more important compared to a traditional company. This is my favourite topic to discuss and mentor at the moment, as it is not widely discussed enough, and crucial to success. You can't fail if you have the "right" mindset -- as cliche as it sounds. :))
Product market fit
Helping startups achieve first the problem-solution fit and next the product/market fit by making it easy (step-by-step) and logical how to do it. There's a process to this chaos. :)
Sales
Once you've got problem-solution and product/market fit we can talk about scaling, and this is where outbound marketing comes it. From social media ad campaigns, to search ads, etc; Setting up the proper funnel, offer.
Technology and tools
If you need advice on which tools to use to start your venture, e.g. when you're in the bootstrapping phase, let me know, because I've done it about 20 times.
