Sustainable growth? Having worked on multiple Head of Marketing / Growth roles and also on agency side running CRO + performance marketing, I have seen the rollercoasters of teams and budgets. I came to realize how to plan long term, while hitting targets. Scaled channels, like meta & google for 25 VC funded businesses on agency side, including verticals such as marketplaces, subscription models, ecomm and apps. My inhouse roles included companies, such as vistaprint, treatwell, delivery hero, hear.com and most recently ethermail where I pushed through the pains of hyper growth of an earlt stage start up on the way to 1M web3 users.

Building a team
Ran more than 200 interviews, hired 15 people in my various roles, managed 10 directly and a lot more indirectly. Supported my team through struggles, promotions and leaves always with a positive people centric approach. I am still in touch with a lot of them.
Conversion rate optimisation
Participated in CRO strategy rounds and ran priorizations meetings in my own growth team. Taking a balanced appraoch to high & low contrast tests, bringing a lot of ideas of pasts fails and wins plus getting into the weeds of content creation, conversion elements, UX and measurement.
Growth marketing
Be it prioritizing product & CRO tactics with the right set of channels, testing the right channel mix early on or scaling existing channels to new heights. I have run myself and managed people going through fails, wins and the sweet virality loops. Always interested to bounce ideas around concepts, mechanics and measurement.
PPC strategies
I am T-shaped when it comes to channels. Aside from scaling meta and google multiple times 2-5x from a 5 digit baseline, I have run display channels, native traffic and app acquisition campaigns with multiple partners profitably. Media buying is my speciality, so very happy to have a chat.

Launched hearing aids, saas and subscription business models. Including unit economics calculations, preparation of on and offsite marketing materials, media plans as well as PR and community building strategies. Also, ran my own shopify subscription model as so not afraid to get into the weeds with you.
