Hello, my name is Dimi and I always loved learning something new. This led me to earn degrees in business administration, operations research and civil engineering... and later to Product management. I've spent over a decade on launching AI powered SaaS products from 0 to 1, working with founders to build startups from scratch and implementing technologies in organizations. Having bootstrapped product management in early stage startups and scaled product management organizations I understand: - the different levels of product management - the different types of PMs - the importance of creating product development systems the right way - how to structure solution frameworks to support decision making Throughout my career I had to wear many hats such as Head of Customer Success, Implementation manager, Consultant, worked with enterprise customers at various parts of the world and had the privilege to teach at Stanford University as an Adjunct lecturer. This breadth of experiences not only has enriched my career, work and life perspective, but has also provided me with a well rounded view on the PM role. Mentoring team members and colleagues has been one of the best parts in my job as a Product leader.
