I realized that the main problem with anyone's cold outreach is that it is cold. So I came up with "Account-Based Demand Generation" framework (somewhat orthogonal to more traditional ABM). The I learned a handful of very successful startups implemented similar framework to get some amazing results. UserGems is one of them.

I had to learn the importance of marketing - sales - customer success alignment the hard way. I'm a big believer in Winning-by-Design Bowtie framework. As well as their "first principle" that Recurring Revenue is a result of recurring impact (not filling your funnel and closing deals)

Lots of hands-on experience with cold outreach and similar direct-response pipeline generation and acceleration tactics. Primary focus on cold email and social selling / LinkedIn automations.

And my former McKinsey training helped me to connect the dots.
