Hey There! 👋 I'm Denny. I'm a Growth Leader who has a passion for building high-performing marketing and growth teams. I've worked in leadership roles in Product Marketing, Product Management, Growth and Lifecycle at amazing companies like Unbounce and Kajabi. I'm on Growth Mentor simply because I wish I had something like this when I was leading growth for several of the companies I was at. Often, I would have no clue who to turn to - so I built a meetup of other growth leaders in Vancouver where we could learn from each other. Now I can do that on Growth Mentor with you! I learn a lot from others, and while I'm happy to share my experiences in how I've solved problems in my previous roles, I know I'll learn just as much as you do. My experience is diverse - I've been in enterprise, startups and have even been a founder myself, in B2B, B2C, SaaS, Fintech, and Martech.     Building highly effective, motivated teams is something I'm really passionate about. I spend most of my days thinking about this specifically. Having managed marketing teams to volunteer groups upwards of 30 people, building teams that are excited about the work they do is what I enjoy most.
