// Update: If you don't see a free spot in the calendar - don't worry - Just message me or "request a call" and I will send you an invite if the topic fits. I really believe that life is about strengthening our abilities. In business there is always the next challenge, the next obstacle to overcome. Either its in hiring the right people, building a sales team, growing revenue, scaling, ... The solution always starts with ourself. We are probably the reason and the solution to this. Changing perspective, learning new skills and doing the things that are not easy but necessary will help us get to the next level. Growth mindset for me means always looking for the solution not the problem. Let's enjoy the journey. Happy to talk. Some areas of expertise: - Clarity & Focus - Finding product market fit - Understanding your growth engine (Sales/Marketing/CSM, ...) - Hiring the right people (that you are probably missing) - Getting rid of the wrong people - Setting inspiring goals (BHAG) & hitting them with frameworks like OKRs - Hiring & Building a distributed company across multiple countries - Raising funding & working with Investors
I have raised multiple rounds of funding from business angels to institutional investors. Dealt with banks and can tell you about the experiences I made along the way.
This is my absolute passion. Nothing beats a great team. We scaled our company to 70+ people without loosing the spirit. Working distributed across 20 countries. We have learned a lot about hiring / firing / culture and learned about the power of behavioral analytics tools like "The Predictive Index (PI)".
Figuring out your growth engine in the beginning is crucial. You need one channel that works. Focus is king. So easy to waste tons of time and money in the early days. Whether this is Outbound Sales, PPC, Social Media Marketing or else. Before diving deep into tactics, understanding target customer and the price point decides how we can sell to your customer. It's not magic. A great post from Christoph Janz "5 Ways to build a 100 Million Business" https://tinyurl.com/mu7hvp3e #goodread
"Do I have it ? Did I loose it ? Damn!" Probably knowing the exact point when you have it, is not important. What is important is delivering value to our customers and have traction. They don't have to look the same from the outside but need shared pains and gains to build a repeatable business. Having a good USP against existing alternatives and competition helps. PMF is often found around 1 Mio ARR growing 💯%. #Goodread "5 Signs You Have Early Product-Market Fit" https://tinyurl.com/4stpwzrn
We are hiring +/- 4hours time zone and build a team of 70+ people working distributed in 20 countries from home. This has tons of advantages but some things are crucial to have in place to make it work. Let's chat and I show you what worked for us and how we even build a remote sales team. (Personally I love to work on site as well - both has it's pros and cons)
OMG - this took me years to figure out. I had to build 3 Sales teams until one started working really well. People, Processes, Leadership, Accountability, ... there are tons of things too look at but all starts with the right person to lead the team. Happy to share my experiences and what worked for us and what didn't.
No matter what CRM you choose - having a good one in place that fit's your go to market approach is crucial. Our tech setup looks sth like this in 2022: Google Workspace for mails calls calendar, Slack for internal communication, Salesforce as CRM, Salesloft for BDRs, Guru for knowledge management, Gitlab in the dev team.
Founded a SaaS company and build it up to 80 people that work remotely across 20 countries. We had multiple challenges along the way like "Hitting Product Market Fit", "Securing Funding with Investors", "Building up a high performing sales team" - happy to help with these and other challenges. But the biggest one is always your own Mindset and getting the right perspective on things.
