I’ve built and led cross-functional teams across multiple countries, often during periods of rapid growth or change. From hiring and structuring new departments to aligning people around shared goals (OKRs), I focus on creating high-performing, collaborative teams that stay motivated and connected—even in remote setups. I’ve managed teams of up to 12 FTEs and supported dozens more through leadership coaching, process design, and cultural alignment.
