As a startup CFO, I have a deep core competency in business - through a core understanding of finance + accounting. From this foundation, I have expanded to ownership of operations, manufacturing and sales functions. I also focus more generally on operational excellence - to help align people and teams to execute great ideas.     Have been involved in several rounds of equity financing (Series B, bridge raises) and Debt (equipment lines, general corporate debt). I can advise on what this process entails (with a tactical perspective on materials, models and due diligence)

    I've worked at 3 startups at 3 different stages of life - long story short I've seen some stuff (days away from cash out, multiple rounds of layoffs, failed investment deals and fundraise rounds, etc etc) and Id be happy to lend a sympathetic ear.
