Great call with Chetana! We discussed not just the design, but as well what should be our target audience, what type of content should we show, what kind of call to actions should we prioritise, etc. We talked about what should be the aim of our MVP and it was a really refreshing call, it made me question a few important things. Thanks!
First of all Chetana is a super nice person who you just want to spend your time with. But beside that she is very intelligent and experienced in product design. I asked for a high level advice for my situation and she immediately were able to step in my shoes and started to explain the market as if she was working with me for years. Namaste Chetana!
Chetana prepared our conversation by looking at our website & app, which helped a lot towards improving the fundamentals of our UX.
