My background is in engineering, with 12 years of experience in management and strategy consulting across a range of industries and with a focus on technology, at an AI data scale-up, and now in private equity. I have experience in M&A, strategy, transformation, and operations and have worked with scale-ups through to F100 and everything in between. I have experience building functions and teams, coaching and mentoring. I stood up an onshore delivery centre and designed everything from processes and tools to the team, and everything in between. I've been leading or mentoring others for 7+ years.
I have built customer strategy, customer journey maps and helped build out new functions within CS departments. In consulting roles, I spent 10 years servicing customers in an advisory capacity, and spent the last year helping build capabilities within a CS department at a product/data company. I have managed offshore delivery centres and have experience with the processes and tools involved in managing customers (e.g. CRM, Ticketing, etc.).
While I am no marketing expert, I have spent most of my career doing strategy & transformation work as such I've done corporate strategy, market research, pricing models, product strategy, product launch plans, etc.
In my current role at an AI data company, I have been leading the largest new product launch. I work not only with customers on our alpha program, but with the whole organization on planning for and executing our first major launch. Ask me about some keys to success!
I spent ~7 years of my career in technology advisory roles helping companies think about how best to leverage technology to enhance their business - be it through corporate tools or emerging technologies.
I have used Asana to manage internal projects both with the KanBan board style and traditional Gantt style. I have experience with other PM tools as well such as ClickUp and Jira.
I've used the Salesforce application all my career, and have experience launching new functionality, building reports, and customizing processes from a business perspective.
Worked with energy, manufacturing, municipalities, wine and farming companies on the use of IoT for everything from tracking and managing assets to optimizing usage of building spaces.
My last startup experience was a Software-as-a-Service model. In my consulting days we had a number of SaaS businesses, and advised others on when SaaS makes sense. I've helped many companies outsource IT services using a SaaS model (other models too).
Using AI and ML to scrape and make use of web data for the purposes of building our inventory of autonomously enriching data. I have experience considering AI and ML in strategy.
My last startup experience was in the B2B space, particularly with the topic of Procurement and the relationships between suppliers and buyers. The exchange of reliable business data globally is an ongoing challenge in B2B.
I work in Private Equity, often as first institutional capital for entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. My role is to create value together with our management and deal teams.

TealBook is a B2B SaaS company with an autonomously enriching database of suppliers globally. They leverage AI and ML to help business clients discover diverse, sustainable suppliers of products and services across the globe. TealBook gives clients transparency to their supplier spend across a number of categories (business units, NAICS, location, diversity type, etc.). As the Strategic Program Lead, Chief of Staff to the CTO, and jack of many trades at TealBook, I was responsible for strategy, planning and execution of our largest and most strategic cross-functional programs. I worked across Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product and Engineering to strategize and execute on new products and large-scale internal transformation as a result.

As the Consulting Transformation Director, I led internal initiatives to optimize revenue, seek innovative partnerships with other territories and 3rd parties, transform how we delivered client work, and implemented new tools and technologies to enhance our delivery. I also worked closely with key support functions to optimize and transform operations such as with recruitment, procurement, and product development.
